RECORD CARE

Control Your Data and Account Records

Your legal rights are easier to use when records are accurate. We keep account identity, wallet references, login sessions, cookie choices, and support messages in separate operational records, then connect them only…

Identity checks

Before changing legal account details, we may compare your name, mobile number, email, and recent login session. This prevents another person from changing your record or asking for private data linked to your wallet.

Payment records

DANA, OVO, GoPay, and QRIS references stay tied to wallet history for reconciliation and dispute handling. We use transaction time, reference codes, and account ownership details to answer legal payment questions.

Cookie choices

Cookie settings help us remember sessions, reduce repeated login prompts, and record consent choices. You can open Profile > Privacy > Cookie Settings to change non-essential choices from your mobile browser.

Device access

Login devices are shown under Account > Security > Login Devices, with browser type and recent session time. If you do not recognise a device, contact us and change your password before sending documents.

Record retention

We retain account and payment records only for operational, dispute, security, and legal reasons. Retention length can vary by record type, request status, and any duty that applies where local law permits.

Correction requests

If your name, phone number, email, or wallet owner detail is wrong, send a correction request through Account > Help > Legal Request. We may ask for a matching screenshot before updating the record.

Ask Us Common Legal Questions

The questions below focus on account rights, data use, eligibility wording, and legal contact steps. They do not replace the full terms, but they explain how we handle the requests you are most likely to raise after opening an account. If your issue involves a payment reference, include the DANA, OVO, GoPay, or QRIS receipt number.

Your account is governed by the terms shown on this page, the privacy wording, cookie choices, and any rule displayed before a transaction or category entry. Access and eligibility depend on local law.

Open Account > Help > Legal Request and choose data access, or email [email protected] from your registered email. Include your username and the date range you want us to check.

Yes, you can request a correction through the account ticket path. We may ask for a matching identity screenshot or wallet-owner proof before changing legal account details.

We use those references to match wallet activity with your account ledger, answer disputes, and verify ownership. Transaction time, receipt code, and payment channel help us respond accurately.

Open your account menu, then go to Profile > Privacy > Cookie Settings. Essential cookies remain for login and security, while non-essential choices can be changed from your mobile browser.

Send the payment rail name, receipt reference, transaction time, account username, and a clear screenshot. Do not send unrelated personal documents unless our legal desk asks for them.

Simple account checks may be answered during support hours, 09:00 to 01:00 WIB. Requests involving data export, payment matching, or account ownership checks can take longer.
